From the start.

Website terms and the basis on which we discuss and arrange recurring cleaning services.

Last updated: 8 September 2026

1. About these terms

This website is operated by Rescrub Cleaning (ABN 38 747 154 693). You can contact us at sales@rescrub.com.au or 0451 748 519.

These terms explain the use of our website and our approach to arranging services. Service terms form part of your contract only where they are included or incorporated in an accepted quote or service agreement. A specifically agreed written service arrangement takes precedence over inconsistent general terms, subject to applicable law.

2. Enquiries, quotes and bookings

Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or a cleaning contract. We assess your requirements through a site visit or suitable photos before providing a tailored quote. Work begins only after the scope, price, schedule and relevant conditions have been agreed.

A quote is based on the information and access available when it is prepared. If the site conditions or requested work differ, we will discuss any revised scope or price with you before undertaking additional work. Any quote validity period, GST treatment and payment dates will be stated in the quote or service agreement.

3. Services and scope

We currently offer recurring commercial and warehouse cleaning, preferably after hours or on weekends. One-off cleans are not currently offered. Enterprise cleaning, pressure washing and carpet cleaning are marked “coming soon” and are not presently available to book.

Only the areas and tasks in the agreed scope are included. Specialist or hazardous work, equipment cleaning or other work outside that scope requires a separate assessment and express agreement; it should not be assumed to be included.

4. Access and site information

Please provide accurate site information, arrange agreed access and tell us about relevant hazards, fragile surfaces, restricted areas, sensitive equipment and any special requirements. Access arrangements and responsibility for any keys, alarms or access credentials should be agreed before cleaning begins.

If an area is inaccessible or cannot reasonably be cleaned safely, we may pause the affected task and contact you to agree on the next step. We will explain what could not be completed. Any rescheduling or additional charges must follow your agreed service arrangement or be separately agreed.

5. Schedules, changes and cancellation

Your cleaning frequency and visit arrangements are set out in the accepted quote or service agreement. Please contact us as early as possible if you need a change or cancellation. We will also notify you if we need to change a scheduled visit.

Any notice period, cancellation charge, minimum term or termination arrangement must be clearly set out and agreed before it applies. This website does not impose an automatic cancellation fee or minimum contract term. Changes to an existing contract require agreement or a change process already included in that contract and permitted by law.

6. Payment

Prices, payment methods and due dates are those in your accepted quote or service agreement and the corresponding invoice. Please contact us promptly about an invoice you believe is incorrect. Additional work and its price must be agreed before it is undertaken.

7. CUSHI communications

We use CUSHI to communicate changes and issues, including tasks that could not be completed. Designated users can acknowledge those updates without signing up. An acknowledgement records receipt of an update; it does not, by itself, confirm satisfaction with all cleaning, authorise extra charges, change the contract or waive any legal rights.

8. Concerns, damage and consumer rights

If you are concerned about work performed or possible damage, contact us with the relevant details so we can investigate and discuss an appropriate remedy. We will assess the circumstances and our obligations under your agreement and applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. These may include guarantees that services are provided with due care and skill, are fit for a disclosed purpose and are supplied within a reasonable time where no time is agreed. Remedies depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

9. Using this website

Please use this website lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent enquiries, send malicious content, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation. Website information is general and may change as our services develop. Current availability and service details will be confirmed during the quotation process.

Photography illustrates the kinds of spaces we service and is not a representation of specific clients, team members or completed projects. Website branding and content must not be copied or reused without permission, except as permitted by law. Links to third-party services are governed by those services’ own terms and policies.

10. Privacy and updates

See our Privacy Policy for information about enquiries and client communications. We may update these website terms, with the latest version shown here. A website update does not retrospectively change an existing service agreement.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and applicable Commonwealth laws. Nothing in this provision removes a right to seek a remedy through a court, tribunal or other body available under applicable law.
